Seasoned the chicken with sea salt, celery salt, parsley, and rosemary and pan fried with onions. When it was nearly done, I took out the chicken and some of the onions. In the sautee pan, I added some cooking michiu into the onions (and left over chicken fat and scraps), then some salt, water and flour to thicken the gravy.

Steak was juicy and the portion was a lot bigger than I expected. Well seasoned and cooked well. Sweet potato fries were pretty good. Crispy outside, light and airy on the inside. Onion strings were….onion strings. The sunday was the right way to end the meal. Not too big, but enough to get your dessert fix for the night.
